3. AML Compliance (Anti-Money Laundering)

Our real estate brokerage activities are subject to strict international and local AML regulations.

Identification: We must identify every client (principals and buyers) before establishing a business relationship.
Cooperation: Services cannot be rendered if the client fails to provide the required identification documents or declarations.
Records: All AML-related data is stored for a mandatory period of 8 years.

4. Liability and Accuracy
